The CPD30 3-ton fuel-powered off-road forklift is a heavy-duty material handling equipment specially designed for complex outdoor terrains. 3. Core Configuration and Features

3.1 Power and Transmission System

Equipped with a well-known brand diesel engine, featuring strong power, sufficient torque, suitable for continuous outdoor heavy-load operations, with low failure rate, easy maintenance, and support for long-term high-load operation.

Adopting reinforced transmission and drive axle, it has high transmission efficiency and strong impact resistance. The gear ratio is optimized for off-road working conditions to ensure stable power transmission in complex terrains.

Equipped with dual air filters, which can effectively block dust and impurities, protect the engine air intake system, extend service life, and adapt to dusty outdoor environments.

3.2 Lifting and Mast System

Adopting a wide-view mast design, optimizing the opening size of the fork carrier, expanding the operator's field of vision, reducing operational blind spots, and improving operational safety.

The mast is welded with high-strength section steel and reinforced by heat treatment, with strong load-bearing capacity. It is equipped with high-quality lifting cylinders for stable lifting and precise positioning.

Optional side shifter to realize left and right fine adjustment of forks, facilitating precise alignment for loading and unloading, and improving work efficiency; supporting customization of multi-stage masts to meet different lifting height requirements.

3.3 Operation and Safety Configuration

Equipped with a large-size LED display instrument, which displays data clearly and intuitively, with multiple monitoring functions such as speed, temperature, and power. It has friendly human-computer interaction, allowing operators to grasp the equipment status in real time.

Adopting an ergonomic seat with adjustable backrest angle and excellent shock absorption effect, reducing fatigue during long-term operation; the operation handle layout is reasonable, with sensitive response and easy operation.

Equipped with a sturdy top frame and safety belt, complying with GB/T 35205.1-2025 safety standards, effectively protecting the operator's safety; equipped with emergency power-off switch and overload protection device, providing multiple safety guarantees.

The whole machine has a low center of gravity, combined with widened track width and off-road tires, with excellent stability, which can work safely on sloping and bumpy roads, effectively preventing rollover.

3.4 Off-Road Performance Optimization

Adopting special off-road pneumatic tires with deep tread patterns and strong grip, suitable for complex terrains such as mud, gravel, and grassland, with good anti-skid and anti-puncture performance.

Optimized chassis structure to increase minimum ground clearance, which can easily cross road obstacles, avoid chassis collision damage, and enhance outdoor passability.

The brake system is strengthened for off-road working conditions, with short braking distance and good stability, ensuring reliable braking even on wet and sloping roads.
