It is equipped with an integrated high-strength cast iron hydraulic pump with multiple built-in oil seals and double-layer anti-leakage design, avoiding oil leakage and pressure relief during long-term high-frequency operation.
Does the equipment have overload protection and what happens when overloaded?
All models are equipped with hydraulic overload pressure relief protection. When the load exceeds the rated capacity, the hydraulic system will automatically relieve pressure and the fork cannot be lifted, protecting the frame, hydraulic components and operators.

It is mainly caused by insufficient hydraulic oil, excessive impurities in oil, dry pin shaft friction or air entering the hydraulic system. It can be solved by adding standard hydraulic oil, replacing oil and lubricating pin shafts.

Equipped with wear-resistant nylon wheels, which are silent, anti-slip and compression-resistant. Suitable for cement ground, epoxy floor and tile ground without floor damage.
Is slight fork sinking after long-term full-load standing a fault?
Slight sinking is a normal physical phenomenon of hydraulic equipment. Excessive or rapid sinking is caused by aging oil seals or loose valve core sealing, which requires replacement of sealing parts.
