Dear NIULI customers:

Ms.Chen is a salesman who left NIULI Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.  for personal reasons on September 1st, 2022.

Ms. Chen had already formed her own trading company before leaving the NIULI, which was another major reason why she had to leave. Our company solemnly declares that all her activities are personal acts, any economic loss caused has nothing to do with our company. We will fight for our interests by legal means because she has moved some of her NIULI clients while she was still working at NIULI to her own trading company.
